  4. For the filling, combine cream cheese and butter within the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment on medium velocity, beating until clean. Add in powdered sugar and proceed beating until all is included with no lumps.
  5. Turn the mixer to low and add in drained pineapple until combined in properly. Fold in Cool Whip.
  6. Unfold onto cooled crust. Chill for no less than 3 hours, or over overnight.
  7. Reduce into squares when able to serve.
